Here’s where we were last time.
And here’s where we are now. That’s the bottom half finished. Which is what happens when you’re desperate for a break from quilting and the embroidery is lying there invitingly — or at least, inviting compared with the quilting…
I reckon another 3 or 4 posts will see this one finished. I’ve had a poke around and have located the kit for the next one, the Husband’s ANZAC Lest We Forget panel, which is quite large and has lots of colour variations. Many, many potential pitfalls for the easily distracted… But in this centenary year of the Gallipoli landings, I’d like to at least make a start on it, even if I doubt I’ll finish it by December.
As often happens, I’m the first to post because my Sunday starts earliest. Give the others in later time zones a chance to wake up and publish their posts, and then do hop over and take a look at what they’re up to:
